I remember interviewing Charlie Watts back in the 90s, and when I mentioned Seamen, he sort of chuckled: "How do you know about Phil Seamen," as if the word hadn't gotten across the Atlantic. <br /><br />Anyway, I should surely love to get a copy of PHIL SEAMEN MEETS EDDIE GOMEZ if you could proffer me a download. I'd be happy to fill your larder with music downloads in the interest of sharing, such as a rare video of Phil in a duo encounter with Ginger that is quite splendid visually and sonically (even if the cameraman is enraptured with the bouncing boobies of one of the Air Force singers). <br /><br />In any event, thanks for this splendid blog entry, and for keeping the consciousness of this wonderful drummer alive.
